My health was not in a good place. I was overweight , dehydrated, hungry and unhappy. I had very low energy and couldn't get through the day. I had low self esteem and constantly felt anxious, stressed, or depressed. I didn't sleep well; my skin was dry, plus I was often bloated or constipated.
